Our team experienced some problems in Atlantic City casinos, but we had a very professional reply on our e-mail.

I already wrote an article for Bally´s Las Vegas to my brazilian and portuguese clients in my resorts portal.
I promissed my clients about an article about Bally´s Atlantic City.
So, I just visited Atlantic City to know more about the casinos installed there and also visit the top properties.
I must tell you that I am very upset about your staff in Atlantic City. First, I asked the "casino host" about details for Ballys A.C, poker tournaments, rooms, etc. I asked also about some printed material to know more about. He simply said me that the resort is like I am seeing and the poker room is upstairs.
I simply left without any attention I had in all your properties in las vegas.
Also, I found a room target oriental players and I was wondering in know more about this room because I have a great number of clients from china and japan.
The room manager and other person working there start looking me with an very angry face. I thought they wanted to kill me.
I simply left Bally´s Atlantic City and back to my work with other properties.
I was really curious to know Caesars but I was not feeling confortable to stay there anymore.
Very different than Las Vegas, here a friendly and trained staff gave me every detail and attention.
I am worried because I would like to write a review for Bally´s A.C. but I really don´t know what to do in this point, so I decided to write this e-mail to let you know about my very upset experience.

Please accept my apologies for your poor experience as it certainly does not meet the expectations that we set for customer service.
